Apartmend®.com is seeking dynamic commission based Sales Executives to increase its market share. Sales Executives will be able to earn direct, residual, and affiliate level commissions on property ad campaigns through on-boarding advertisers as well as property managers. Our Sales Executives forge relationships with multifamily property managers, and HOA community members to maximize their property portfolio advertising revenues, while also providing advertisers with a group of highly engaged community members seeking value added on their real estate portfolio servicing needs. Sale executives have the opportunity to build teams around their dedicated accounts of on-boarded property portfolios to coordinate their teams' commission structure around advertisers property campaigns.
The Sales representative and their teams will grow the market share and by on-boarding property managers nationwide and working with advertisers to place property ad campaigns. through cold calling.
Primary Objective:
• Major Function and Scope:
• Conducts weekly sales calls - includes servicing existing customers as well as cold calling potential customers (average 10-20 cold calls per day) utilizing Apartmend®.com in-house proprietary database leads engine on Property Managers and Advertisers .
• Prepares weekly "Sales" and "Call" reports.
• Develops monthly strategy for sales calls and prepares calendar based on that strategy.
• Conducts area market analysis of top accounts in each area - to include top property managers and top advertisers. Grows market share by increasing sales and sales volume while maintaining company approved product margin goals.
• Utilizes influence and negotiation skills to signup property managers and Advertisers who will in turn purchase ad campaigns.
• Coordinate with on-boarded property managers to set and determine pricing for property ad purchases as well as direct video calls between property managers and advertisers.
• Conducts client follow-ups via phone calls, letters and/or emails.
• Establishes and maintains client files and performs timely follow-up on programs and projects.
• Provides PK seminars to customers.
• Utilizes "On Demand" reporting to achieve sales objectives.
• Performs other duties as required Experience and Knowledge Required:
• High school diplomas and some colleges are highly preferred. Computer skills to include functional knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes/email.
• 4 years prior advertising sales experience. Prior customer service experience is a plus. Proven ability to work in an unstructured, unsupervised environment is required. Competencies:
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under little or no supervision. Must possess proven interpersonal skills including influencing and negotiation skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to exercise independent judgment and demonstrate solid time management and organizational skills. Other Pertinent Job Information:
